Our cycle workshop is kitted out with all the tools required to professionally service and repair your cycle. Our trained mechanics have the experience to give you confidence that your cycle will be cared for during this process. If you have the skillset to repair you own ride but just lack the tools, then please come along and utilise the facilities here.
Custom handcrafted cycles
One of the unique features of Aurovelo is their production of handcrafted cycles. Whether you are looking for a custom handmade cycle frame or a complete custom cycle, Aurovelo can satisfy your requirements. Working with top of the range chromo steel tubing, of the likes of Reynolds, Columbus and Tange, our master craftsman frame builder Sukrit will produce your custom fit cycle. Just like the rugged faces of Sheriff Chameleon and Mojave Desert, I did want an all rounder beast which can take up on any terrain.
Thanks to Ace Designer Sukrit and Chief Muni, I was able to bring the world of Rango to reality.
It was such a surreal experience riding this wide handle curls across variety of no man’s land. Be it a Quarry or unsympathetic Tarmac, Rango was on a perfect roll !!! Frame was capable of handling a rigid or a 100 mill suspension which is the sweetest and most distinctive part of Rango.
Would like to thank Sukrit again for suggesting to go with MDS droppers from Paragon Machine Works which can take up both QR as well as thru Axles. End of the day, rango is the big brother of these days gravel frames and perfect all terrain tourer.
Sukrit knows everything there is to know about building a steel bicycle. So when I wanted to build one, he got to it effortlessly and dealing with the Aurovelo folks was a pleasure. They have a great work ethic and represent the finest of technical skill and professionalism.
